Today marks several interesting tidbits of info on the SW:TOR news front.
First off is the a great interview with James Ohlen posted on Gamasutra. In this article, James talks about final polish in the game, how it differs from their single player RPGs, and their thoughts towards dealing with post release. Some great insights for sure and it’s a relief to hear some of the mistakes Bioware is trying to avoid.
I gotta say it’s nice to hear that even the two Doctors, Dr. Ray Muzyka and Dr. Greg Zeschuk are playing the game to ensure the quality is top notch!
The second bit of SW:TOR news is another fantastic Developer Dispatch showcasing Companion Characters:
The story arcs with companion characters, particularly the official announcement about same-gender romance arcs, has been a hot topic lately.
One of the key messages Bioware has strived to get across is that companion characters will be a huge innovation in the MMO setting. Personally, I’m excited to see for myself and can’t wait to get my droid!
